Coffee Cream Confectionery Project Goals

Expanded gameplay

• The Confectionery is growing and its customers are requesting breakfast, pastries and cakes to go with their coffee! To serve such complex orders, a new section is added to the game screen, where they can be viewed and processed separately. 
• Important ingredients that are used in many recipes, for example the dough, the crèpe mixture, or the ice cream base, are produced in a larger quantity. You can use as much as you need for your orders and the rest is stored for the rest of the level, in case you need it again. And if it runs out, you can still just make some more!
• Get to know your star customers, they want to sell your pastries and sweets! They accompany you throughout the game and have their own story lines, influencing the game levels. 
  • The party organizer - they are the soul of the parties taking place around town and will need your assistance to prepare party snacks 🍕🍩. You may even find your shop flooded with the guests of previous night's party, who are now in desperate need for coffee 😅
  • The bakers - they will compete against each other about who has the best bread in town, and may ask for your assistance sometimes 🍞🥨
  • The confectioner - they will share with you cake decorating tips and guide you to make sweet masterpieces 🍰🍨
• Go shopping! You are responsible for equipping the bakery with the necessary ingredients 🍓🧂 When you go shopping, you have the option to buy cheaper, smaller bags of ingredients or larger ones, that hold more ingredients and will be easier to use in game **all with different art of course**

More recipes

• The game will go through 4 stages of baking mastery: 
  • Luscious drinks: You learn to brew delicious hot and cold drinks for the daily customers of the Confectionery.
  • Fried goodness: You are introduced to crepes, pancakes, waffles and their many fillings and decorations.
  • Baked goods: You can now make bread, donuts, simple cakes and pastries.
  • Smells so sweet: You endeavor the most elaborate cakes, tarts, ice cream flavors and frosting decorations.
• Upcoming ingredients: flour, chocolate/bueno/banana cream, strawberry/vanilla/chocolate sirup, jam, roasted nuts, butter biscuit, butter, oil, honey, vanilla extract, lemon zest, yeast powder, baking powder, raisins, plums (just to name a few 😅)
• Added baking tools: crepe pan, frying pan, waffle maker, oven, hand mixer, roller pin, refridgerator

More levels

• More levels to enjoy all the new recipes, each with context and a purpose, in the form of a diary.
  • There is a central story path that goes through all the baking stages (mentioned above). This path branches out to storylines guided by one of the star customers, which are unlocked by scoring high scores on previous levels.
• Diversified level backgrounds, showing how the Confectionery evolves and expands over time as you progress through the game.
  • Branching storylines and different bakery stages have unique backgrounds.
• A game map to easily see which levels you have completed, replay a previous level, and preview future levels.
