Pixel me Away
Shoot your way through the layers of the image, beginning with the darker colors and moving on to the brighter layers until the image is revealed!
You can move the player using the keyboard arrows and rotate using A (counterclockwise rotation) and D (clockwise rotation).
Now updated with bombs, laser beams music and sound effects ✨
For now there are 4 levels, which repeat. After the levels are complete, you move on to the next difficulty mode. I will love to hear your feedback in the comment section below! Also please comment if you find any bugs 🐛
...and also if you manage to defeat the Impossible mode 🤭
Prototype made in 2 days and submitted to the 128th Mini Game Jam 🍯 The limitation was that the only movement is up; in Pixel me Away, winning the game means moving higher in the brightness scale of the image, as each layer that is revealed is lighter and lighter in color. The jam's theme was Health, and the filling bar on the bottom right corner depicts just that: the health of the image 😄
